SCHAEFFER TRANSMISSION FLUID
All-Trans Supreme® is a premium quality, fully synthetic multi-vehicle automatic Schaeffer transmission fluid that offers true multi-vehicle performance, wear protection and exceptional fluid life. All-Trans Supreme® is recommended for use in practically all types of automatic transmissions that specify the use of Dexron-III, Mercon, and Mercon V, and Chrysler ATF +3 and +4 type fluids. All-Trans Supreme® is also formulated to provide the frictional properties, wear protection and viscosmetrics needed by most Asian and European automatic transmissions.
The Schaeffer transmission fluid brand All-Trans Supreme® contains a special blend of synthetic base fluids, a highly shear stable viscosity improver ,and a carefully balanced multifunctional additive system that protects against shudder and eliminates the need to stock different types of automatic transmission fluids and ATF supplements. This formulation allows the All-Trans Supreme® to provide the proper friction retention and stability needed for long life performance, smooth lock-ups, wear protection and anti-shudder durability required by a wide variety of vehicles.
This combination provides the All-Trans Supreme® excellent low temperature fluidity for smoother and quicker shifting at low temperatures, low volatility characteristics, superior resistance to thermal degradation and unparalleled anti-wear and anti-shudder performance characteristics throughout extended service intervals, even in transmissions equipped with modulated or continuously slipping clutch torque converters.
The Schaeffer transmission fluid line also has a complete line of powershift transmission lubricants called Schaeffer’s Super Lube. These products are designed to meet the requirements of Caterpillar T0-4, Allison C-4 and Komatsu KES 07.802, ZF TE-ML 03 Off Highway Powershift transmissions specifications. They also meet or exceed Eaton-Roadranger Transmission Lubrication Specifications, Meritor Transmission Lubrication Specifications and Sperry Vickers M2950S.
These superior performance heavy duty Schaeffer transmission fluids are blended from the finest severely hydro-treated polyalphaolefin synthetic base fluids and severely solvent refined severely hydro-finish 100% pure paraffin base oils available. This unique combination provides Schaeffer Super Lube with superior oxidation, excellent film strength resistance, thermal stability and excellent resistance to thermal degradation.
Blended into these synthetic PLUS base fluids is a very specialized non-corrosive high tech additive package that provides excellent wear protection and material compatibility while maximizing equipment life.
Further blended into the synthetic PLUS base oils and the highly specialized additive package is Micron Moly®. Micron Moly® is a liquid soluble type of moly that plated itself to the metal surfaces of the various components, thus forming a solid lubricant film that is able to withstand pressures up to 500,000 lbs. per square inch. This translates into better wear protection for the metallic components of the power-shift transmission and for the hydraulic system, thus extending operating life and providing an extra margin of safety for service.
Schaeffer’s Super Lube can also be used in Allison transmissions that call for a C-4 type fluid, Eaton-Roadranger and Meritor transmissions and the hydraulic systems of front end loaders, haul trucks, bulldozers and other crawler tractor type equipment that are common to the construction and mining industries.
